Dark Matter Curiosities™ – 3-Day Return Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

All kit purchases are eligible for return within 72 hours (3 days) of confirmed delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Kits must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • All original contents, accessories, and educational materials must be included.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns After 72 Hours:

Returns requested after the 72-hour window will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
